Bowditch & Perkins Appraisal  Services is a full service real estate valuation, counseling, and consulting business, that serves the State of Maine, with a specialization in conservation and commercial properties. 

Bowditch & Perkins was formed in 1988 and has provided appraisals to lending institutions, Federal agencies, State of Maine agencies, conservation groups, municipal governments, corporations, attorneys and private individuals for all types of commercial, conservation, investment, industrial and other types of specialized properties.

Bowditch & Perkins prides itself on its technical capabilities and utilizes a networked Microsoft Windows based environment with Microsoft Office, digital photography, digital scanning, mapping and e-mail communications.

Our valuation services and reports comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) as well as The Appraisal Institute. As needed, the reports will also comply with the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA-"yellow book")

We can provide appraisal reports on the basis of a Scope of Work analysis with report formats in a Self-contained or Summary report format.
